Generate call

Outgoing calls will be made through Desktop. It will be necessary for the agent to be in a state that allows making outgoing calls, normally AUX - llamada SALIENTE.

Steps to follow:

  1. Change the state to AUX - llamada SALIENTE.
  2. Use the outbound call icon on the Desktop to dial the client's phone number without prefixes.

This is a simple audio call. If you want to interact with the client, you have to share a pin for the client to connect. Then, there would have an audio and a video call including unidirectional video agent-client, blackboard, chat... We will explain this below.

Desktop Outbound call

There is another possibility to make outgoing calls which is through the scheduled icon. Through it, you can check your scheduled calls.

The ability to make outgoing calls is limited by user permissions

Enable video

There is the possibility of connecting the video during the audio call, if the campaign settings allow it.

Steps to follow:

  1. With and audio call active, the agent will provide a public link via SMS, email or by phone.
  2. After delivering the link, the agent must generate a numerical code that will be delivered to the client in a second step.
  3. Then, the client accepts the privacy policy, enter de pin and if the agent accepts the video call, the desktop functionalities will be enabled.
