The Kira module of cPanel allows the search and filtering of campaign calls, as well as their playback not only of audio, but also of video. The structure of Kira is as follows:

Filters

Filtering by one or more of the following fields is allowed.

Filter Description
From and To Search for calls in that date range.
Phone Search for calls associated with that specific phone number.
UserID Search for calls associated with that specific userID.
Origin Search for calls associated with that specific origin.
Typing Search for calls that have been typed according to the Type chosen.
Duration Find calls that are in the duration range.

Once the filtering criteria have been established, simply click on the Search button. Once the search process has concluded, the different calls found will appear on the screen.

Multiple selection

By clicking with the active control, we can select several filters within it.

Results

The on-screen search results provide the following information:

Field Description
Date Call date.
User User who answered the call.
Phone number Call phone number.
Origin Call origin.
Cod Type Call typing
Sub Cod Type Call subtyping
kira kira_play Icon to play the audio recording of the call.

Data sorting

The data can be sorted by clicking on the cell at the header of each column

Dynamic filters

Once data has been presented on the screen, it is possible to filter it dynamically. By typing a pattern in the search box, the data will be filtered again and those matching that pattern will appear on the screen.
